MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

As an owner your decision to build a project, wether it be a new facility or the renovation of existing properties, may well be one of the most important decisions that you will ever make. What ought to be a pleasurable experience, most often is not. Too many restrictions; too many variables; too many people; too few dollars; all enter the act and the whole process of construction from the decision to build to the final completion has traditionally been a fragmented effort with the architect in charge of some activity, contractor in charge of others and the rest left up to chance and Murphy’s Law.

It is this contractors belief that the success or failure of any project is determined before the contract documents are signed, sealed and delivered. It is our contention that the needs and concerns of the owner be the first priority to be met in the performance of the contract. Our claim to fame is not having discovered any new breakthrough in our industry, but having accumulated a mixed bag of technology properly implemented to produce the best results for our owner.
